Memorialize the name of your loved one on a 9″ x 2″ Bronze Plaque that will be placed on an outdoor bench with a cast aluminum frame and top-grade recycled plastic slats. The bench is located at the outdoor Sanctuary Area. Two sizes are available: 4’ or 6’.
Inscriptions are typically "In Memory of " a loved one who has passed away. The Shrine has standards for inscriptions. Your inscription must conform to those provided in the picture with three samples shown in one of the pictures here.
The inscription will be reviewed by the memorials coordinator who will contact you with any issues or questions. You will see a proof of your plaque to approve before it is created.
